AyoCosmo is a booking-only AI receptionist for independent beauty and grooming pros. It answers calls, helps clients book or reschedule, and answers basic questions you approve.

No. The agent never sells or upsells. It stays focused on booking and approved basic information.

It does not take orders, make sales calls, provide professional or medical advice, resolve complaints, or guarantee bookings or income.

AyoCosmo works with Square right now, so you need a Square Appointments account. You connect Square once, and your agent books into your real Square calendar using the services, prices and staff you already have there. You can use a new AyoCosmo number or forward the one your clients already know. AyoCosmo works with Square only.

Deposits go through your own Square account. When a caller picks a time, the agent holds the slot for 15 minutes and texts them a Square payment link. The appointment is booked once the deposit is paid. If it isn’t paid in time, the slot opens back up. AyoCosmo never holds client funds.

Yes. Call audio and transcripts are made, and recording is disclosed to callers. You are responsible for any additional notice or consent required by your state.

Texts require appropriate consent under the TCPA. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out may prevent booking-link texts.

Yes, when configured for after-hours coverage. It uses your booking availability and does not book outside your approved rules.

The agent uses plain, natural language and introduces itself as your shop’s virtual assistant. It does not pretend to be a person.

The agent directs complaints and requests for professional advice to you using your approved contact instructions. It is not an emergency service; callers facing an emergency should contact local emergency services. Live transfers are not promised.

Timing depends on your calendar, services and booking rules. We’ll review those with you on a demo and agree on the next steps; there is no fixed setup-time promise.
